Dr. Tanveer Chaudhry, MD

Medical Director

A board-certified MD in Addiction Medicine, Psychiatry & Neurology, and Integrative & Holistic Medicine, Dr. Chaudhry heads our nationally renowned clinical team. He’s experienced in a variety of alternative and complementary healing approaches such as shamanism, nutrition, and meditation.

As our Medical Director, Dr. Chaudhry ensures that all of our practices take an integrative approach to whole-person wellness while also promoting a compassionate recovery experience. As a proud graduate of University of Miami, he has spent over 20 years in the behavioral health field. In fact, his expertise and influence on addiction and holistic medicine has led to numerous prestigious honors.

To this day, Dr. Chaudhry remains committed to delivering a life-changing experience for all clients attempting to embrace sobriety.


Samantha Nettleton, LMHC

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Clinical Director

Samantha Nettleton is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 15 years of experience working in the field of substance use and co-occurring disorders. She is known for her innovative, client-centered approach to recovery and her leadership in creating holistic treatment environments that support long-term healing.
 
Samantha currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Clinical Director at Spring Gardens Recovery, where she has been instrumental in designing and overseeing a wide range of therapeutic programs. With both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and specializations in Mental Health and Addiction Counseling, Samantha brings deep clinical knowledge and practical expertise to her work. She is also a certified Recovery Coach, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider (CMHIMP).
 
Throughout her career, Samantha has developed and implemented multiple evidence-based and experiential programs for individuals struggling with substance use, including an innovative aquatic therapy program designed to reduce anxiety, improve body awareness, and support emotional regulation during early recovery. Her programs often incorporate trauma-informed practices, mindfulness, and creative therapies to help clients reconnect with themselves and rebuild their lives.
 
In addition to direct care, Samantha has written articles and blogs on topics such as addiction recovery, trauma, and integrated wellness. She is passionate about building environments where clients feel safe, empowered, and supported on their journey to sobriety.
 
Samantha’s work reflects her core belief: that recovery is not just about abstinence—it’s about rediscovering one’s worth, rebuilding purpose, and reclaiming a fulfilling life.
